Tell every user when their request ships.

Shipbell collects problem reports and ideas from inside your apps, shows your progress on a public board, and lets everyone who asked know the moment it's done.

How it works

  1. Report from inside your app.

"Something doesn't work" sends a note, an optional screenshot and the technical details your team needs. People sign in through your app, so there is no separate account to create.

  2. Vote on what matters.

Ideas and public problem reports collect votes and "me too", so you can see what affects the most people.

  3. Show your progress.

A board for each product shows what is under review, planned, in progress and done. Keep it public, or open it only to your signed-in users.

  4. Ring the bell.

When you ship, everyone who voted, followed or reported it hears about it once, and you can add it to your changelog in the same step.

Built with care for your users

  • Your app vouches for its users.

Your backend signs a short-lived token; Shipbell keeps only the public key, so it holds nothing that could sign in as your users.

  • People choose what is public.

Whoever reports a problem decides whether it is public or private, and a product can keep every report private. Technical details are never shown publicly.

  • Only what is needed.

No separate end-user accounts, no avatars, and no raw IP addresses stored.

Where it runs

A web widget for your site, a native Swift package for iOS apps, and a REST API for everything else.
